Our production plant in Cumbria is equipped with industry-leading machinery that allows us to produce artificial sports surfaces faster and more flexibly for our customers. Our synthetic sports surfaces are’t only for our own sports construction projects, we supply custom-designed orders for many installers and construction companies throughout the year.

Our wide variety of products can accommodate most sports. We can be on site quickly and our factory is always open for visits. Where required, our manufacturing team can customise carpets to fit your needs, whether in pile height, density, colour, or length.

SIS Grass Synthetic Xtreme football pitches are tested to FIFA Quality Pro Standards. Designed to give outstanding performance and extreme durability, our synthetic turf pitches are resilient and player-friendly. Made in the UK with the finest monofilament yarn and backed with our innovative, SIS Bond – Polyurethane (PU) Technology for longevity. This surface is compatible with sand, SBR rubber crumb and organic infills, and is suitable for Football and Rugby.

Bespoke Synthetic Surface Manufacturing

Our flexible manufacturing set up allows us to produce a range of different turf specifications, roll sizes and colours to suit the needs of each customer. We also make special orders for surrounds and entrance areas of the pitch and dugouts.

Our advanced manufacturing process offers a variety of options including pile heights from 9mm to 70mm, gauges from 3/16” to 5/8”, third generation (3G) long-pile surfaces, sand-filled or sand-dressed surfaces and a range of backing options, including latex and our own SIS Bond premium PU backing.
