Designed to meet FIH (International Hockey Federation) standards, they deliver unmatched performance, speed, and safety. Our water-based hockey pitches use our carpet, Xcel Ultra, produced in our UK manufacturing facility.

Sand-dressed Hockey Pitches

Sand-dressed pitches offer an excellent balance of affordability and performance. They are much cheaper to build and run than a water-based pitch, as they do not require irrigation. They provide a smooth, consistent playing surface with good ball control and shock absorption, which is ideal for multi-sport use while maintaining hockey-specific quality.

Our sand-dressed hockey pitches combine durability and performance, making them popular for schools, universities, and community sports facilities. Dry-Turf Hockey Pitch

Our innovative dry-turf hockey system, Xcel Eco, was developed as an alternative to water-based pitches.

Unlike traditional dry-turf systems, our surface eliminates the need for water ball application while closely mimicking the feel and performance of a water-based pitch. Engineered and manufactured in the UK, this system delivers exceptional playability and consistency, meeting FIH Innovation standards.
